Tezzy’s 2 Ingredient Gluten-Free Date Balls
Here’s a super easy, super healthy snack that can be enjoyed by the entire family. Best of all, it only calls for two ingredients!
Ingredients
- 2 cups pitted dates
- 3 cups desiccated coconut
In a food processor, whizz together the dates and 2 cups of the coconut till well blended. Roll into balls, and coat in the remaining coconut. Enjoy!
