What’s not to love about a good old body scrub-down? I am a body scrub hoarder. I have a collection of body brushes, I whip up homemade scrubs in my kitchen, and tend to buy a whole stack of branded scrubs ranging in scrub-strength.
Have you tried UK skincare brand Soap & Glory before? If you are a regular at Boots Pharmacy, it would be hard to miss seeing their pretty pink products on the shelves. Love their packaging and retro-style branding.
I was recently sent 5 of the best-selling body-scrubs, and asked to declare one as my personal favorite. Each scrub is uniquely different and caters to uniquely different needs so it really was a tough choice (oh the perils of being a beauty blogger… lounging in my tub trying one decadently scented scrub after another!).Â

First there were sheet masks, and now we have rubber masks! I got this rather freaky looking mask from the Sephora beauty event early last month, and finally decided to give it a go.
This, my friends, is the Moist Lover Rubber Mask by Dr. Jart+, yet another innovative skincare product from Korea that is exclusively available at Sephora in the Middle East.
As the name suggests, the sole purpose of this mask is to really, really up the moisturizing level of the skin. Given I have normal to dry skin, I was hoping my face would really soak up all that moisturizing goodness.Â

Rosehip Oil is a bit of a juxtaposition… the bare mention of ‘rose’ might conjure up an overbearingly floral, scented picture but in contrast you have an oil that smells of… well, an oil.
Rosehip Oil is far from rosy, and has a characteristically bright yellow color. Although the oil has been used for beauty since the era of the ancient Egyptians, Mayans and Native Americans for its healing properties, it was probably Australian beauty Miranda Kerr who brought it back to the limelight.
