Add zing to your regular salsa by introducing the sourness of tamarind! I love this with a bag of taco chips.
Ingredients:
4 large, ripe tomatoes, finely chopped
2 green chilies, finely chopped
A handful of chopped cilantro
2-4 tablespoons tamarind paste
Method:
Mix together all the ingredients. Get your hands dirty, and give it all a squeeze to really allow the juices to mix. Season with salt, enjoy!
