The last leg of the year brings with it the cooler weather we’ve all been craving in the UAE, and with it comes the harvest season for some of the finest the Arabian seas have to offer.
Taking full advantage of seafood season, award-winning Indian restaurant India Palace has launched a limited edition menu entitled ‘Samundari Khazana’ (which aptly translates to ‘Treasures of the Sea’).
We had a tasting session at the Garhoud (Dubai) branch last week, and some of the key dishes that really stood out for me included the decadently spiced Jumbo Prawns, the pan-fried gram flour coated Hamour bites and the very Instagram-worthy Tandoori Lobster (a whole Omani Lobster, a fresh catch of the day, flavored with Garam Masala & Kashmiri Chili).
Commenting on the new menu, Mr. K. Muraleedharan, Chairman & Managing Director, SFC Group said, “After the success of our previous Khansama Menu, we are absolutely delighted to introduce the Samundari Khazana menu, made with the choicest jewels of the sea. The Samundari Khazana menu will be available throughout the month of December across the India Palace branches in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Ras Al Khaimah.
