Who doesn’t love chocolate? This brown slab of calorie-laden goodness manages to make all things right. If you are like me, you can easily scoff down an entire bar in a sitting. But at Boutique Le Chocolat, chocolate is taken to a whole new level of seriousness.

I had the pleasure of being invited to a very exclusive store launch late last month.Β Stile by Ghulam AliΒ is a besotted Indian fashion design label created by the very debonair, dashing brother duo Ghulam and Ali.Β Following the legacy of their father who owned a tailoring store by the name of ‘Stile’, the brothers developed a sense for fashion at a very tender age.

Their store in Cosmos Lane, Meena Bazar (Bur Dubai) is their very first venture out of India. The store launch was planned with great pomp and festivity. The entire cast of Bollywood’s latest flick, ‘Freaky Ali’ were also invited!Β

Numaish Exhibitions is back once again with a brand new lineup of exquisite new-season trends from India’s the hottest upcoming designers. The Numaish Festive Fair is going to take place in the weekend of 23rd and 24th September in Conrad Hotel, Dubai and is open to the public inclusive of free valet service.

I have been associated with the Numaish fair for 3 seasons now, and being a huge fan of boho and Indo-Western silhouettes, I always look forward to visiting the stalls. At Numaish, you are sure to find something extraordinarily different.

One of the designers who has been a regular at Numaish ever since I got associated with it is Suchita Pandey. Hailing from Jaipur, arguably the cultural capital of Indian textiles, Suchita turned her love for fashion into a very successful career with the launch of her labelΒ Suchita’s Stylista.Β

Known among his fraternity as ‘The Master of Weaves’, Gaurang Shah is a highly revered name in the Indian fashion industry. His besotted jamdanis, meticulously woven in all the colours of the rainbow, take up only a fraction of his masterful creations.

With an artful eye for immaculate detailing, Gaurang Shah has been instrumental in the revival of traditional Indian weaves, and his creativity has re-molded the quintessential 6-yard sari as we know it.Β

I really enjoyed playing dressup in the closet of Anisha Lalani, the creative genius behind the swimwear label Blue Ink Beachwear. We showed you how to expand the use of swimwear beyond the pool and the beach. With a little clever styling, you can take your swimwear to the boardroom, for a night out, and even make a fashion statement while lounging by the pool. Three looks down, I begged the girls to do a fourth. A boho chic at heart, I wanted to extend our play into this genre. It is really interesting to see how very different each of our 3 looks turned out to be!

Would you wear beachwear for a night about town? With the beautiful pieces from Blue Ink Beachwear, this is absolutely a ‘can do’. We showed you how to take swimwear to the boardroom (click here) and how to cover it up stylishly by the pool (click here). The girls and I are now back with the Night Out edition πŸ™‚
