Love seafood, and looking for a bargain feast this weekend? I’ve got you covered! Head to Pharaoh Restaurant at Arabian Courtyard & Spa, located in the heart of Bur Dubai. Every Wednesday and Thursday night, the Egyptian-themed restaurant converts into a seafood haven.
The open buffet starts for as low as AED 99 per head, inclusive of soft-drinks. What I really liked about this buffet is that they had a seafood special from all around the world.
One of my absolute favorites from the night was the Thai Seafood Soup, created live at the soup counter, and made extra spicy the way I like it!
For starters, they have a whole lineup of very dainty looking treats including Chinese dimsums, Japanese sushi, Russian Salad with Octopus and smoked salmon.
From their main-course, I highly recommend their Goan Seafood Curry, a boisterously deep red, flavorful coconut curry, mildly tangy, mildly hot. They also do a mean Seafood Paella!
Best of all, you can pick out fresh seafood produce, and get the chef to grill it the way you like it! I like my salmon medium-rare please, with the skin done crisp.
And don’t forget to save space for dessert! From chocolate mousse to cheesecake and a very decadent Date Souffle, you are spoilt for choice with options here.
And all this for a mere AED 99! Go on, take a crowd with you and make a social event out of it! Have a great weekend x
