Early Friday morning, I got delivered a bag of yumminess from Brownie Blues. What a ‘sweet’ way to kick-start the weekend!
These brownies come in the cutest of packages, and if it wasn’t for that whiff of cocoa goodness, these would be far too pretty to tear open!

I love the quirky messages on each box. My favorite is right on the bag: “A Brownie a day will keep your (frownies) away.”
The brownies are not only packed beautifully, but very protectively too. Each precious brownie is wrapped in ‘Brownie Blues’ paper, and comes with a little leaflet introducing the type of brownie it contains.
The instructions suggest warming each brownie in the microwave for 10 seconds. This really brings the brownie to life, making it all gooey, soft and moreishly good.
I was sent Brownie Blues’ Rocky Road Brownie, Red Velvet Brownie, and the Classic Brownie. It really is tough to narrow down to a favorite out of the three. All three have a near-identical deep, dense and beautifully moist base.
The Rocky Road Brownie is topped with gently torched marshmallows, and has the crunch of walnuts.
The Red Velvet Brownie is iced with cream cheese, and has a beautiful hint of red velvet coloring running through.
Brownie Blue’s Classic Brownie is intensely chocolate, yet sinfully smooth and moist.
