Soap & Glory: Hand Food Review

I love Soap & Glory products! I’m sure it has something to do with their bright Barbie-pink packaging with retro nineteen-fifties style fonts.

A Soap & Glory product I regularly carry around in my handbag is their ‘Hand Food’; a decadently scented hand cream enriched with Shea Butter.

Apart from Shea Butter (which is highly moisturizing), Soap & Glory’s Hand Food also contains Macadamia Oil (known for its anti-aging and scar-reducing qualities).

The packaging claims the cream even has marshmallow added in (yummy!). I guess this is just Soap & Glory being cheeky, and mention this to describe that super-sweet ‘Original Pink Fragrance’ the cream gives off.

I personally love the scent, and it seems to last pretty much halfway through a working day. It’s as girly as the packaging. It smells like marshmallows, Barbie dolls and a happy cotton candy carnival where everything is pretty and pink!

The texture of the cream is medium to thick, and blends in easily into the skin. What I really love about this product is that it has no greasy aftermath. It lives up to its ‘non-greasy’ claim, and is ideal for a quick rub-in without needing to wait for the hands to soak up all that cream.

Soap & Glory products can be bought at all Boots Pharmacy stores across the UAE.

A tube of Soap & Glory Hand Food costs AED 103 for 125 ml.

If you want to try out more from the Soap & Glory range, I suggest you buy their ‘Soap & Glory Soaper Heroes Gift Set’ for AED 230 (it has 5 products, including a 50 ml tube of the Hand Food).
