How do you dress up a casual jeans and tee do?

With a gorgeous, heavily embellished jacket of course!

This ethic-style heavily embroidered jacket is my latest splurge at Zara. I love the intricate detailing, and the stunning play of colors. A good detail of bead-work has also been done on this jacket.

Wearing this jacket over my otherwise very casual do ups the look several notches.

Although this jacket is heavily embellished, I am sure I will get a good deal of wear out of it. With the cooler months fast approaching, I will also be wearing this over my maxi dresses and jumpsuits.

The jacket has enough drama on it to allow for minimal accessorizing. I love the tinkle of the coins that have been sewn on, but its a little heartbreaking having so many fall off. The jacket comes with extra ‘coins’ but I wish the sewing was done with more care for these.
